Antenchem continue to invest in new partners’ factories of chemical material for the past 23 years. We set up a supply chain investment and management from sodium silicate to precipitated silicas and synthetic zeolites in order to sustainability-oriented.

Our Silica factory Jingbo brand was founded on August 2006. Total investment is about USD 10.2 million. It is listed in the local government’s Five-Year Plan, with an annual output of 65000 tons of nano-silica, an annual output of 70000 tons of sodium silicate, with an annual output of 500000 tons microsilica project, as provincial key projects. The company employs more than 200 people, including 4 Dr, and 36 senior technical staff.

Advsil® Precipitated Silica Rubber Grade

Chemical name: SILICON DIOXIDE
Molecular formula: SiO2 * nH2O
Chemical structure: O=Si=O

A high dispersion, high purity precipitated silica. Can significantly improve the wear resistance of the rubber compound, resistant to flexion performance, heating oxidation, instead of a large number of carbon black for high-performance tires, which can effectively reduce tire rolling resistance and reduce fuel consumption and improve the wet skid resistance and safety performance.It is difference with fumed silica by processing solution.

Application

  • Tire industry: Reduce tire rolling resistance, increasing tire grip in the wetlands and icy ground.
  • Shoe industry: Rubber outsoles reinforcing filler, the performance of reinforcing close to the carbon black, it can be used for light-colored rubber products, transparent appearance, and excellent wear resistance.
  • Industry rubber silicone products: Applied to the rice roller, hoses, rubber rollers, belts, oil seals, etc., It can improve tear resistance, and abrasion resistance, and extend the life of the products.

Advsil®TT-1/TA-1 Precipitated Silica is used as a thickening agent in toothpaste. Manufactured according to ISO standards. In China, there are many silica makers. Precipitated silica food grade is physiologically inert. It has excellent chemical stability. And does not accumulate in the human body. It has been widely used in food and medicine. Food grade silica can prevent the caking problems in food products. Caking usually is due to moisture absorption or formed under pressure. Silica is of strong adsorption performance, being an excellent flow-promoting agent.

Widely used: chicken powder, milk, creamer, instant coffee, cocoa products, dehydrated egg products, sugar, powdered soup, dehydrated vegetable powder, and flavoring.

Offers the following advantages for these products:

  • To prevent caking due to stockpiles, increase powder product’s free-flow ability.
  • Increase production speed and reduce production time.
  • Reduce the dust, avoiding powder pollution to production machines.
